I'm a UX/Product designer who has developed and shipped complex workflows for B2C and B2B SaaS applications. My experience involves designing for complex taxonomy, admin dashboards, and categorization. I've worked closely with product managers, engineers, administrators, and onboarding specialists to translate ambiguity into effective solutions.

• Structuring taxonomy and IA systems that scale across products with multiple user roles and permission levels
• Delivering research-led design in agile environments where stakeholder buy-in required more than good ideas
